Moscow (MunichNOW NEWS / dpa) - Russian President Vladimir Putin says there is only one legitimate Ukrainian president and he is Viktor Yanukovych.
He tells a press conference that the acting president is not legitimate.
He describes what happened in Ukraine as “an unconstitutional overthrow and armed seizure of power.”
He acknowledges that people “wanted change” but that you “cannot impose illegal change. … You need to use constitutional means.”
